"Planning for the Sale of a Closely-Held Business: A Report from the Front Line"

Join us on Wednesday, February 17 when Russell D'Alba, President & Managing Director of Paramax Corporation, Investment Bankers presents "Updates from the Mergers & Acquisitions Front."

Mr. D'Alba will discuss the lifetime of a business and how closely-held business assets can be sold (to a family member, friend, employee or externally) and the psychological, technical and regulatory factors that financial planners, as part of a client's advisory team, should keep in mind.
