Trusts: What Fits Where?

FPA WNY is pleased to welcome Edward Robinson, Esq., of Hurwitz & Fine as our guest speaker on Wednesday, March 17, 2010.
 
Trusts may be categorized as testamentary trust or inter vivos (lifetime trusts.)  Inter vivos or lifetime trusts are further categorized as either irrevocable or revocable.  Mr. Robinson will explore the uses for each type of trust.
