Matt will present the pros and cons of considering a reverse mortgage as a financial planning tool, common uses of the funds from a reverse mortgage and common myths and misconceptions about the product. Also included will be a review of the origins of the reverse mortgage product, eligibility requirements, closing cost information and an overview of the application process.
